Cynthia founded Tiny Tots Daycare in 2000 with a mission to give every child a safe, joyful, and enriching place to grow. Her Gold Standard curriculum philosophy, hands-on leadership, and deep love for children make Tiny Tots a trusted second home for families across Rutherford County and surrounding areas.
Amy brings an exceptional depth of expertise to Tiny Tots. Her rich background spanning mechanical engineering, corporate training, graphic design, business management, and team leadership gives her a uniquely powerful skill set for inspiring children to think creatively, solve problems, and build confidence from an early age.
